Glam babe Shriya Saran opens up and here are some interesting glimpses of her life. She was very keen to learn Kathak from Shovana Narayan. She met Shovana in Delhi and became her student. She performed in Shovana’s troupe and caught the eye of someone who was making a music video in Varanasi. She went on to do it and this was seen by a Telugu filmmaker who cast her in her first Telugu film. However, she considers her second film her real break. This was the film Santosham where she paired opposite Nagarjuna. From then on, the rest is history.
She candidly admits that she has been infatuated with every actor she works with. She especially has a soft corner for Nagarjuna whom she dubs a sweetheart. She was introduced to Vipassana by his wife and regularly follows it.
On the question of marriage, she does not seem to have found her Mr.Right yet. She opines that,”I would like him to be someone who is a friend, someone who I can grow with mentally, spiritually and emotionally.”
