When Trisha got engaged to industrialist Varun, it seemed like a fairytale. However, we hear that on the day of the engagement itself, the couple had a tiff. Trisha has invited her good friend Dhanush but sources say that this did not go down too well with Varun who is not on good terms with him.
Recently, Trisha celebrated her birthday in Bangkok. Varun was not only conspicuous by his absence in the pictures, he had not wished her on social media either. Kollywood circles say that Varun was not keen that Trisha pursue acting post marriage. However, the actress does not seem keen to bid adieu to the movies yet.
Confirming the break, Trisha tweeted on 7th May,"Amused by d hazaar speculations doin d rounds. Let it rest people. Happy, single n thankful (sic)." She currently has four projects which include films opposite Kamal Hassan, Jayam Ravi and Telugu star Balakrishna.
