Anjali opens her heart!

Anjali has been controversy’s favourite child in recent years. When her career was at its peak, she suddenly disappeared leaving her producers fuming. However, despite her sudden episodes of disappearances, she is still popular and makes news wherever she goes. When quizzed about it by the TOI, she replied,”There’s no point in delving into the past, and I’ve moved on.”

She is currently shooting for five different films. When the makers of Chitrangada asked her to lose 7 kilos, her other directors were upset. She shares that the balancing act can be quite tricky. The star shares that she always wanted to be an actress.

Though her childhood was spent at a village in Andhra Pradesh, she sported trendy outfits like pants and shorts making her quite the trendy village belle. She also admitted that once she had bunked school to watch a film and then got a thrashing from her parents when they found out.

Prabhudheva’s back to acting

Prabhudheva is a man of many talents. He’s not just a great Dance Director but also proved that he could be a good Director too. He has also acted in films but his last in Telugu was the flick Michael Madana Kamaraju in 2008. Vijay Maddala who earlier made Green Signal is now planning a film with him.

The director has been in talks with Prabhudheva we hear. The film will be a thriller that takes place during a road trip in USA. This is a fresh genre that Prabhudheva has never attempted before. It will be shot both in Telugu and Tamil as he has fans in both languages.

Another bit of news that is making the rounds is that Prabhu Deva will be directing Kamalhassan in a Hindi film. The script would be based on a famous Telugu thriller novelist Rajesh Kumar’s latest work Velvet Kutrangal which was published in a Tamil weekly.

Dhanush’s Thara Ticket getting ready!

Dhanush and Anirudh are great pals and have collaborated on the professional front too. Their hit “Why this Kolaveri di’ catapulted them to global fame. They have been working together in Dhanush’s upcoming flick Maari.

Maari is directed by Balaji Mohan has Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead. This will be a comedy that will have a lively pace. Interestingly, the film is being co-produced by co-produced by Sarathkumar, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Listin Stephen and Dhanush himself under the banner Magic Frames. Dhanush seems to have a fresh look with round glasses, a loud, colorful scarf and so on. The shoot is believed to have been wrapped up.
